• We are in regular contact, informing the hotelier with reports on Reservations, Financial data, income, prices, costs, Sales, etc. the operation of the unit, always utilizing human resources in the best possible way, i.e. staff working according to occupancy in the most efficient way both qualitatively and economically for the hotel.

• As is well known, the biggest cost in a hotel business is the payroll. Α successful staff management results from using human resources productively.

• Another important target is the orderly operation of the F&B department of the hotel by reducing food and beverage costs while simultaneously increasing customer satisfaction.

• Productivity increase and hotel staff training with special hotel programs and Seminars that we carry out at the beginning of the season.

• Before the start of the summer season, in consultation and according to the goals of the hotelier, the company “Lamda Hospitality” prepares an Annual Income-Expense Budget with guaranteed results, as well as the pricing policy of each hotel.

• Monitoring the technical and sanitary control of a Hotel Unit, the Product Certification of your hotel, avoiding on the one hand possible problems that may arise for customers and staff, and on the other hand, we create recognition with high reliability of your hotel.

• We take over Technical infrastructure and design of the operation of the kitchen, buffets, a la carte restaurants, etc
